One morning I saw this lovely testimonial on the MOMYS forums I am a part of…  from my friend, Cheryl, to me!

For her 17th birthday last month, Jocelyn “needed” a special kind of a gift!  So, a Bundled in Prayer afghan seemed to be the perfect gift.  So with a little intel from her mom and sister we picked just the right colors.

Here is the finished product.  I actually finished nearly a month ago, but this is the first chance I had to upload photos to my computer! 
The edge is slightly ruffled so it does not lay flat, but other than that it turned out nicely!
I pray that this afghan will bring some small measure of comfort [...]

 
As promised…  here is another example of the shawls I make…  This one had a button in the corner so it can be used as a wrap, as well. Watch later for a slide show!
 
 
The button idea was Kaitlyn’s.  She didn’t like having to hold onto the shawl all the time so the button allowed [...]

  Kaitlyn’s Flower Garden:  She and Hannah share a room with a white picket fence and flowers painted on the walls.  Kaitlyn has an aqua colored comforter on her bed!

   Hannah’s Patchwork:  Hannah has a hot pink comforter and light pink and purple sheets and pillow case on her bed.  This matches nicely!

After communicating via email, Jessica picked her colors.
She paid me a deposit.
I ordered yarn that was not already “in stock” and as soon as it arrived…
 I got started!
 
Just getting started!

So soft and fluffy!
 
About 45 minutes later…

After a few hours of work…  on and off through Sunday afternoon.
 
I couldn’t sleep that night so after the children [...]

It’s amazing how many sets of twin afghans I have made!  These are for my baby nieces:
